The same credential does transport, canteen, events, library and security, so the same person is the same person at every scanner. There is no second card to lose, no separate library system, and no reconciliation between five suppliers who each think they hold the definitive list of children.

A logged bus delay adjusts every affected attendance flag and notifies every affected parent by itself. An evacuation gets a live headcount including adults, visitors and contractors. A canteen purchase declines the uniform and allows the food, because a food-only overdraft means a child always eats.

01Issuing and managing identity
- One credential per person, issued at enrolment or onboarding, valid across every scanner on site.
